Our online community forum gets flooded with requests related to new year resolutions and fortunately we have plenty of businesses that can help with these; whether it’s keeping fit, taking up a hobby, de-cluttering or quitting a habit. If fitness is high on your agenda there really is something for everyone. If you want one-to-one fitness training one of our personal trainers can assist; we also have plenty of groups and classes for all different fitness levels. Another important focus is self-care. For some, self-care is about spending time doing the things we love or seeking inspiration from some- thing new. There are art groups, choirs and even dance sessions for adults, if any of those take your fancy. And remember that there’s entertainment all year-round in Enfield so you might want to look at booking a comedy show, live music or a play at one of our local venues. Self care might be having a makeover, a pedicure or manicure, or treating yourself to some pamper items. Decluttering and reorganising the home is quite often top of the agenda. Many of the things that take up space in your home may no longer serve a purpose, but could be welcomed by one of our many local charities or services. This leads us on to another new year goal – volunteering. There are so many wonderful charities and projects locally that can’t operate without our community giving up a little bit of their spare time. This includes our community patrol! Whatever your goals may be for the new year, Love Your Doorstep can help. We'll pop some ideas below to get you started!

Hi I’m Coach Femi, I’ve been boxing since the age of 6 and have over 16 years of coaching experience. I provide 1:1 sessions to develop/improve your boxing IQ/fundamentals of boxing.
Whether you're a novice or experienced at any level in the sport I’m here to work with you to get you to where you want to be in through boxing “You don’t have to box to be a boxer” A lot of people that have never had any boxing experience tend to feel if they start they’ll end up fighting. ANKLES & FEET

7 perfectly shaped bones with your tibia and fibula create the ankle joint, creating a mixture of strength and stability whilst the foot is perfection in motion with its precision and pliability.

Each workshop will comprise of a series of Pilates based exercises to strengthen and stretch the appropriate areas with explanations given through anatomical images, and end with relaxation techniques and time for questions.

Physical pain is something many people live with and feel helpless as there never seems to be an answer to get rid of it.
Most pain symptoms, unless due to a break or damage are actually caused by STRESS and how you process stress. This internal pressure builds within you and spills into your body creating pain.
