Tots to Teens Footwear 5Star review Some assistants will "go the extra mile" to help. Bob went further: He pulled out all the stops to make sure that the boots that my daughter wanted were available before our departure for France. 6 other stockists couldn't help. Outstanding service.

1st Floor Ladies Dept 5Star review Took my mum to Pearsons as she wanted a smart formal outfit yet comfortable. She found a lovely dress with 2 great jackets to match in the Eastex department. Sales staff were helpful and really pleasant. We witnessed them being very caring and kind with some of the more elderly ladies and showed an understanding of their needs.

Lovely restaurant 5Star review Love the newly refurbished restaurant, beautiful space, comfortable seating with a choice of hard back seating or sofas. Great childrens area so mums & dad's can enjoy a rest whilst they play in your sight. Good selection of cakes and tea in a pot! What more could you want?!

Customer Service 4Star review A lovely sales assistant in linens could see I was having problems finding what I wanted, approached me and asked if she could help, She spent about 15 minutes with me trying to find what I wanted (to no avail). Throughout she was chatty but professional and not once did she make me feel like I was being 'difficult'.
