No hurdle is too high and the team does their very best 5 We are extremely happy with the services from Right at Home. The team that has been matched to my aunt are just perfect and have given her a new lease of life, while we are reassured that she is safe and looked after really well. They have established an excellent relationship with all of the family. The office team are a delight to work with and there's always someone available to answer our questions or clarify any concerns and they often go above and beyond, spending a lot of time to deal with issues on our behalf with other healthcare professionals. We are also notified weekly in advance who is going in and when and have access to an app that allows us a sufficient overview of what is going on. No hurdle is too high and the team does their very best. They are readily accessible and solution-oriented. We couldn’t wish for more.

The care of my Mum was impeccable 5 I couldn’t have managed to care for my Mum in my own home in the three months up to her death without the support of the care team at Right At Home (Enfield). Their care of my Mum was impeccable. They were kind, gentle and respectful of her wishes. Always positive they often brightened Mum’s day with their friendly and loving approach. They also brightened my day! Always supportive, they were punctual and also flexible. They taught me techniques that I could use when they weren’t there. They flagged any changes in Mum’s condition, mood or tissue viability and signposted appropriate agencies to deal with these. The management staff of the agency were also involved, making visits themselves and also providing a clear rota each week to provide reassurance that staff were allocated. Any changes requested were quickly implemented. Right At Home (Enfield) took the pressure of the practical aspects of care away, allowing me to be the daughter my Mum needed. Couldn’t ask for more!

Highly recommended care agency in Enfield 5 I can thoroughly recommend Right at Home Enfield to anyone in search of a care agency to provide support at home for their loved one. The team have been supporting my aunt with her daily care calls for the past year and from day one they have provided her with a professional, reliable and caring service. The carers are all trained to a very high standard, delivering expert care with a personal touch. All the carers have taken their time to get to know my aunt and her needs and have developed a lovely relationship with her. She feels comfortable and safe with them. Also, as someone dealing with the paperwork side of things, Right at Home have made this process straightforward and clear, with schedules and invoices being provided each week. The team have also been very supportive in assisting us with changes to our care package as needs have changed. They have always been just a phone call away and provided us with invaluable support and advice. Highly recommended.

Outstanding care! 5 My Father's care needs have recently increased and I could not have asked for a better team of carers. They are all extremely dedicated, understanding, patient and their pro-active nature is on another level. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending any of the carers we have had. No matter what sort of day dad is having, they care for him as if he was one of their own family members. They have taken the time to get to know Dad and the things that make his life easier and happier. Thank you so much to all the team - you know me and my brother really appreciate your kindness. To any new clients coming on board, you can be assured your loved ones will be cared for with absolute respect, and their needs put above anything else. Outstanding care.

I do not normally give 5-star reviews but they deserve it. 5 I contacted Right at Home Enfield whilst reviewing nearly 20 local care providers. I shortlisted the company as it offered continuity of the care team, simple and transparent terms (such as not billing for travel time) and a promise of quality and training for its staff who are employed by the agency, not freelancers. I introduced the company to my parents, who rapidly gained confidence in the managers and the caregiver who was assigned to care for my father. The duration of care provision was unfortunately brief, but the kindness and compassion of the team shone through in every interaction. The practice manager called and emailed me frequently with updates and helped me to liaise with the medical practitioners. The same caregiver looked after my father at every appointment, even when we had to ask for extra support at short notice. So whilst my experience was brief, I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I do not normally give 5-star reviews but they deserve it.

Delighted with the care, support and communication. 5 Delighted with the care, support and communication. They are quick and efficient and also available at short notice to provide ad-hoc support. The carers take time to provide the best care they can and my uncle has seen an improvement in his wellbeing. A totally different experience to the previous care company which often let us down. Glad we made the change.

Right at Home are an excellent company 5 Right at Home offer an extremely caring service. Both the office team and care staff are a pleasure to deal with. The staff are dedicated and communicative the visits are not rushed, unlike previous agencies I've dealt with. I have an excellent bond with my carers and they always want to offer the best service they can. I cannot praise them highly enough for the peace of mind they have given me.

So pleased to have found Right at Home 5 I was so pleased to have found Right at Home when mum needed extra support at home following a fall. I found the senior staff and carers to be kind, caring, hardworking and professional. I was kept informed with phone calls and follow up review meetings, as well as a daily report left on site. Initially, mum was not sure about receiving help but was teamed with two carers who worked with mum, assisting her in things around the house that she could no longer do alone and gradually she looked forward to the visits and carers became friends. I would not hesitate in recommending Right at Home.
