Great Nail Technician! 5 I love Laura's work! I saw her before my summer holidays for extensions using the natural technique she mentions on LYDS...no glued on acrylics thankfully! I'm now seeing her again before Xmas as I was so impressed with how long my nails lasted. I tend to have my nails done on special occasions and will always come back to Laura because of the instruments and techniques she uses as they're much kinder to your real nails and it's by far what I prefer. Thank you Laura ☺️

Loving Laura’s work! 4 Today was a good day, I visited Laura’s Nails. Ladies those of you who like to have your nails looking good, you know how this feels. Laura has been away for 6 weeks. Yes 6 weeks! In that time, I literally searched Enfield, surrounding areas & further - as far as Chelmsford - for a nail technician that did genuine gel nails - not acrylics. I was brought to tears in my search. I asked about gel nails in over 8 salons, to be told yes we do them. Then I asked the questions based on what I have learned from Laura - is it biogel? Not acrylic gel? And probed until a) it was clear they hadn’t got a clue what I was talking about or b) finally admitted that their gel was acrylic. Why oh why is this the case? The gel product that Laura uses has been an eye opener. Its lightweight, yet robust. I can have whatever length I like. My nails feel natural, not that feeling you get with acrylics. My natural nails are getting a bit stronger each time because the gel isn’t damaging them. I’ve learned so much about nail-care. Laura is about to reach the 1st anniversary of her business. She’s a great example of an ambitious young women setting out and delivering a good service. Her ability and attention to detail I love. I recommend trying Laura’s service - see what you think. Don’t expect a fancy high street salon - its not that. But its a cosy room she has set up, with a 1:1 personal experience from a lady who wants to do it the right way and make sure we all have good nails in the process. One point to note is that if you have limited mobility, her treatment room is up two flights of stairs. The access is why this is a 4 star rather than a 5 star review. I’ve gone short and simple this time, but the choice is endless as she has lots of colours and paints designs freehand! For doubters, nope Im not on commission!! Its simply I had a lovely visit with Laura today, my nails look and feel fab and I’m glad she is back!

Gel Nail extensions 5 I had my first appointment with Laura today and she is a marvel! My nails go through a tough time and as a result they're prone to splitting and breaking. Laura gave me lots of advice and really took her time with my nails. I can't believe the transformation! Thanks again Laura...see you in a few weeks :-)

Second set! 5 Highly recommend L&A nails!!! Yesterday was my second visit. I had had her gel extensions done for a show a month ago and they were the most robust nails I have ever had! I went for a shorter more natural look yesterday and I love them. Thank you x

5 I just want to say a huge thank you to Laura Nails &Beauty I’m absolutely over the moon with my new nails using the healthy gel. I’m a nail biter and my nails were weak and in a bad state but now they look gorgeous and I know it will only strengthen my nail as she uses good quality products. Laura listened carefully to what I wanted and made my nails look even better than what I would have imagined. Not forgetting my amazing pedicure !!!! OMG she got rid of all the dead skin using a nice soft buffer and her amazing home made coffee scrub. My feet feel like they’re on cloud 9. Thanks a million!

Romer 5 I have been getting my nails done at a local nail shop for some time. I believed I was getting gel extentions, for which I paid extra. I saw a post on LYDS with regards to Laura and decided to go and see her. She told me that I had acrylic not gel !! Laura removed the acrylic and replaced them with gel. I also had an amazing pedicure. Laura is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and her prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend her, I have already made my next appointment.

Gel extensions 5 I recently visited Laura to have gel nail extensions. I have only ever had gel as a polish and never witnessed using it as extensions. It was absolutely fascinating to watch and the result exactly what I had hoped! I needed them for a show I was in all week so they needed to be pretty robust. A week later and they are still going strong!! Thank you Laura

Nails 5 Another lovely relaxing time with Laura doing my nails. Very attentive and thorough and spends time on your nails. Not rushed. And finishes with a lovely lavender oil massage on hands. Really recommend going. She's treating my long covid issues with my nails and the liquid gel is applied to my own nails and enhanced with keratin to help bring my nails back to normal. Thank you Laura !

Gel nails.. Laura Nails & Beauty 5 Been looking for ages to have liquid gel for my nails. Suffered terribly with long covid affecting my finger and toe nails. Ridges, going soft, breakages. Anyway Laura has given me hope. Treated my nails and then did her magic. So looking forward to continuing my journey and getting my nails back to being strong and healthy. Highly recommend and grateful for the recommendation in the first instance. So happy!

My Gel Nails! 5 I am so happy with my nails. I don’t often get gels as my nails are quite strong so usually just have a varnish. But! I’ve changed my mind since having these done. Laura knows exactly what she’s doing and is very good at it! She explained everything she was doing and one week on my nails look like they have just been done! I will definitely be going back, thank you Laura xx

5 It was an absolute pleasure meeting Laura. She’s a very talented young lady. The place is clean, all of her equipment sterilised and she uses good quality products that I know will not damage my nails. I was really pleased with my nail transformation. She listened carefully to what I wanted and I have got nicer nails than what I would have expected. I can’t wait to see you again.
